What Auckland City Toyota- Grey Lynn couldn’t fix in 2 weeks, Discount Tyres Grey Lynn fixed in 90 minutes. After months of going back and forth with Toyota - including a recent process where they had my new RAV4 Adventure for two weeks yet still insisted there was nothing wrong - we went to Discount Tyres Grey Lynn for an independent review, who solved the issue in a single visit. They took the car straight in, went on a proper test drive, and immediately confirmed what we had been feeling all along: the car pulled left more than normal, and you had to hold the steering wheel to the right to keep it straight. Even a Toyota-arranged “independent” test drive at Albany Toyota failed to find the problem because they didn’t test it under the right conditions. Discount Tyres listened with care and attention, investigated thoroughly, and fixed the problem with ease. A simple tyre rotation, rebalance and three test drives later, the guys confirmed the issue was sorted. The car now drives like brand new. No excuses, no delays - just honest, professional service and a vehicle that finally feels safe and right to drive. Nick and Wayne were friendly, efficient, and genuinely cared about diagnosing and solving the problem. I highly recommend Discount Tyres Grey Lynn for their professionalism, goodwill, and integrity. Huge thanks to TK once again from Hyper Drive for always looking after me whenever I need wheels or tires. He’s helped me out a lot with my Evo, and now with the Eclipse as well. Had Jay come out and fit and balance a new set of tyres for me. Top bloke, turned up on time, got straight into it, and had everything sorted in no time. Did a great job and the wheels feel spot on. Awesome experience with Hyper Drive Mobile this morning. Steve was super friendly and easy to deal with, and made the whole thing really straightforward. He turned up earlier than expected and had the one new tyre fitted in under 30 minutes. Was also stoked to see he’d polished the tyres and topped up the air in all the others too. I didn’t even realise that was part of the service. Such a nice extra touch. Really good customer service and just an all-round great experience. Thank you!

I used the chatbot as was so confused what battery I needed. Was so helpful and found the right one. Great service, shipping to my work address, which is an added bonus. Great price for the battery, didn’t know I needed a new one till mechanic flattened my battery.
